Show Related Products To Your Customers Right in Templett

Customers love purchasing matching templates but it’s not always easy for them to see that you offer other matching items. That ends today.

Show related products right in Templett

Now you can show all your matching items right in the Templett design area. We’ve added a new pane with images of your related products. Your customers will easily be able to see all of the matching listings to the ones they purchased. These related products link right to your Etsy listings so your customers can purchase them and have them added right to their Templett account.

For the sellers that have multiple shops connected to the same Templett account, you’ll be able to cross promote listings between all of your shops.

How to use it

  1. Navigate to the backend of Templett and visit Assets > Related Products.
  2. First, start by creating a group. Just give it a name to describe the group of related products.
  3. Then add the group to each listing you’d like to show in that group. To get all your listings from Etsy, click the Refresh Listings button.

That’s it!

How it works

Let’s say you have a group called Red Theme and you have 10 listings that all match this red theme. You’ll want to add the group Red Theme to all 10 of those listings. Now when a customer purchases any of those listings, we’ll show them the other matching ones as well. We’ll show them any matching listings in that group that they haven’t purchased.

You can choose however you want to group listings. You can even have a listing set to multiple groups.

How will you know if it’s working?

The idea behind this feature is twofold. Show your customers related or matching items so they can easily get more matching templates, and increase your sales by getting more repeat orders. It’s a win/win.

But how will you really know if it’s working? Well your sales should increase but we’ll also be tracking the clicks on the related products for you so if a customer clicks on a related product and purchases it, we’ll show you those stats. You’ll be able to see just how well this feature is working for you.
