How do my customers get their templates?
We receive the order details from Etsy, create an account for your customer and fill their account with their purchased templates. You don't need to do anything.
What if I need to refund an order?
Simply refund the order in Etsy as you normally would then refund it in Templett and the templates will be removed from the customers account.
How many templates can I sell in a listing?
As many as you want. You'll only pay per listing sold, not per template sold.
Can I edit customer templates too?
Yes! You can design as your customer and edit their templates as well if you'd like.
Can my customers demo templates before purchase?
Absolutely! You can create a demo area for templates or sets of templates. Your designs are protected with watermarks automatically.
How are my designs protected?
Customers have their own account with their purchased templates. They can't share your templates with a link like other design apps (i.e. C*n*a).
How do I connect Templett to Etsy?
It's very easy. Simply click a button on the Integrations page in Templett and confirm access in Etsy. That's it!
Do you offer a trial period?
Yes, you'll have 7 days to trial the app to make sure it's right for you.
